Cancellation Policy

48-Hour Cancellation Policy Dear Valued Client, To maintain my high level of service and respect my time, I have implemented the following cancellation policy: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled a minimum of 48 hours before your scheduled service time. Any cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the scheduled service price. I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, late cancellations and no-shows prevent me from offering that time slot to other clients.
